Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Revenew Labs ("Revenew Labs", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information — including data accessed through the Google Ads API and the Meta Marketing API — when you use our website and platform at revenewlabs.in (the "Service").
1. Information we collect
a. Information you provide to us
- Account and contact details — such as your name, business/clinic name, email address, phone number, and billing information, provided when you sign up, request a demo, or subscribe.
- Support communications — messages you send us by email or through the Service.
b. Google Ads data accessed via the Google Ads API
When you link your Google Ads account to our Google Ads manager account (MCC) by accepting our manager link request from within your own Google Ads account, you authorize us to access that account through the Google Ads API. We access:
- Account, campaign, ad group, keyword, and conversion performance and reporting data (for example, impressions, clicks, cost, conversions, and cost-per-conversion).
- Campaign configuration needed to display and manage your ads — such as budgets, status, bids, and targeting.
- Keyword ideas and search-volume estimates generated for campaign planning at your request.
We access only Google Ads accounts that have granted our MCC manager access. We never access an account that has not linked to us.
c. Meta Ads data accessed via the Meta Marketing API (read-only)
When you share your Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad account with our business through Meta Business Manager — by adding Revenew Labs as a partner and assigning us read access — you authorize us to read that ad account's data through the Meta Marketing API using the read-only ads_read permission. We access:
- Ad account, campaign, ad set, and ad performance and reporting data (for example, reach, impressions, clicks, spend, and results/conversions).
- Campaign structure and settings needed to display this reporting in your dashboard.
Our access to Meta ad accounts is read-only: we do not create, edit, pause, or otherwise change your Meta campaigns through the API. We access only Meta ad accounts that you have explicitly shared with our business, and you can remove our access at any time from your own Meta Business Manager.
d. Conversion data you send to Meta via the Conversions API
If you enable conversion tracking, you authorize Revenew Labs to send conversion and event data you record — such as leads, bookings, or purchases — to your own Meta pixel/dataset through the Meta Conversions API, so Meta can measure and optimize your ads. You provide a Conversions API access token generated in your own Meta Events Manager for your dataset. Where events include customer identifiers (such as email or phone number), those identifiers are hashed before being sent, in line with Meta's requirements. We send only the events you configure, and only to your own dataset.
e. Information collected automatically on our website
- Basic usage and device data — such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, collected through standard server logs and, where used, cookies, to keep the site secure and working. See "Cookies" below.
2. How we access your advertising accounts
Google Ads. Revenew Labs uses the Google Ads manager-account (MCC) model:
- Access to each client account is granted only by the client, via a manager link request they accept in their own Google Ads account. This is a one-time, manual action, and it can be revoked by the client at any time from within their own Google Ads account.
- Our backend authenticates to the Google Ads API using our own OAuth2 credentials, with our MCC as the login context. Clinic owners never log into Google through our application and never complete a Google OAuth consent screen themselves.
- A scheduled backend job periodically pulls reporting data for each linked account so the dashboard's spend and performance analytics stay current.
Meta Ads. Revenew Labs uses Meta Business Manager partner access:
- Read access to each ad account is granted only by the client, by adding Revenew Labs as a partner from their own Meta Business Manager. It can be revoked by the client at any time.
- Our backend reads the Meta Marketing API using a Meta System User belonging to our business. Clients never share their personal Facebook login or password with us, and our Meta ad-account access is read-only.
- A scheduled backend job periodically pulls reporting data for each shared account so the dashboard stays current.
- Where you enable conversion tracking, we send the conversion events you configure to your own Meta dataset through the Conversions API, using an access token you generate in your own Meta Events Manager.
3. How we use information
| Purpose | What it involves |
|---|---|
| Reporting and analytics | Displaying your ad spend, cost-per-conversion, wasted-spend analysis, and other performance metrics in your dashboard across selectable time periods. |
| Campaign management (Google Ads) | Applying changes you approve — to budgets, status, bids, or targeting — to your Google Ads account via the API, on your behalf. |
| Conversion tracking (Meta) | Sending the conversion and event data you configure to your own Meta dataset via the Conversions API, so Meta can measure and optimize your ads. |
| Keyword planning | Generating keyword ideas and search-volume estimates to help plan campaigns. |
| Service operation and support | Operating, securing, and improving the Service, and responding to your requests. |
| Billing | Charging your one-time setup fee and recurring subscription. |
Data retrieved via the Google Ads API and the Meta Marketing API is used solely to power your own dashboard and campaign management within Revenew Labs. We do not use it for advertising to you, to build profiles for unrelated purposes, or for any purpose you have not authorized.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. In particular:
- We do not resell Google Ads API or Meta Marketing API access, and we do not expose raw Google Ads or Meta API calls or responses to end users or any third party.
- Reporting is viewed only by the account's own owner inside our dashboard.
We share information only in these limited situations:
- Service providers we rely on to run the Service (for example, cloud hosting, database, and payment processing), who may process data only on our instructions and under confidentiality obligations.
- Legal requirements — where disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or an enforceable governmental request, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users or the public.
- Business transfer — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy.
5. Data storage and retention
Google Ads and Meta advertising reporting data is pulled into our own secured database to power your dashboard. We retain data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. If you unlink your Google Ads account, remove our Meta access, or close your Revenew Labs account, we stop pulling new data and delete or anonymize the data associated with your account within a reasonable period, unless we are required to retain it to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations.
6. Data deletion
You can request deletion of the data we hold about you and your advertising accounts at any time:
- Stop new data collection: unlink your Google Ads account (cancel the MCC link) and/or remove Revenew Labs' partner access to your Meta ad account from your own Meta Business Manager. This immediately ends our access.
- Delete stored data: email us at privacy@revenewlabs.in with the subject "Data Deletion Request", or use the details in the "Contact us" section. We will delete or anonymize the personal and advertising data associated with your account within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain records to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations.
- Meta users: to request deletion of data obtained through the Meta Marketing API, send the same request to privacy@revenewlabs.in. This page also serves as Revenew Labs' data deletion instructions for the Meta platform.
7. Data security
We protect information using industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit, access controls that limit who can access data, and secure storage of credentials such as OAuth refresh tokens. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to promptly address any issue we become aware of.
8. Your choices and rights
- Revoke access at any time. You can remove Revenew Labs' access to your Google Ads account by cancelling the manager (MCC) link from within your own Google Ads account, and to your Meta ad account by removing our partner access from your own Meta Business Manager. This immediately stops our access to that account.
- Access, correction, and deletion. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the details below.
- Marketing. You can opt out of non-essential marketing emails at any time.
9. Cookies
Our website may use essential cookies and basic analytics to keep the site secure and understand general usage. We do not use cookies to access your Google Ads or Meta advertising data. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
10. Children's privacy
The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. International users
Revenew Labs is operated from India and intended for clients in India. If you access the Service from elsewhere, you understand that your information may be processed in India.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
